Jaws is a big wave surfing break on Maui’s north coast. This pendant says it all; the size of a big Jaw wave. It resembles the strenght and beauty of a swell sea. There are many studies made about spending time in or near the ocean and it is said that this can have a calming effect on the brain, reducing stress and anxiety levels. With this necklace we too also believe that a bit of ocean is with you. Our spiral woven necklaces each requires over an hour and half of hard work to produce, which can be seen through its intricate design. The daring and round appearance creates a striking yet stylish look. It’s truly is eye catching.

Product Details

All our necklaces and bracelets are 100% waterproof. Go surf, snowboard or even take a shower with them on. Wearing your bracelets every day only enhances the natural look and feel. A fact about our jewellery is that is durable and is no problem being work out to surf or exercise in.

All our gemstones are lab tested and have been exquistiely finished with a matt look to give it a nice grounded feeling 

The beewax waterproof cord is hand braided and finished with an adjustable sliding knot which makes it easy to wear and take off. A layer of beewax has been added to give it extra waterproof and weathering protection making it great for sports and travel.

Each piece has been engraved with our stylish Balu signature just to make it that extra special and unique.

The attention to detail in design using high quality materials makes it a unique addition to your collection. It comes in a nice uniquely designed carton gift box, making it a perfect gift for yourself or someone special.

A men’s neck is in general bigger than a woman’s neck for this reason the different sizes. Please just sent us a quick WhatsApp message +31617807998 if you are not too sure.

Product Care

All necklaces are handcrafted and created from quality materials. Our necklaces can be worn in fresh water and salt water. Next to the fine and tested used materials our cords also have an extra protection layer of beewax which adds waterproofing and weathering protection making it great for sports and travel.

We do recommend to hydrate with shea butter if brought into water multiple times to keep necklaces in great condition.

Once you receive your necklace it is going to feel a little bit stiff and hard, this is normal. Once worn in the water and on your neck for a few weeks the cord will become loose and soft.
